I've never fished lakes in the immediate area around Tomahawk or Minocqua but have fished the Manitowish Waters chain (10 lakes) many times over the years. Its 20-30 minutes north of Minocqua on 51. I especially like Island Lake on that chain and have caught muskie, northern, panfish and a LOT of walleye there. Walleye have ranged in size from the "lil" ones to 30".
